How will my order be sent?

 Small orders are generally sent via Royal Mail 2nd class

 

Orders over 2kg are sent via DPD, and if you choose the service, you can receive a text and/or email on the morning of the delivery giving you a one hour window that day to receive it.

If you are not going to be in that day, you can change delivery to the next day.  Unfortunately, you cannot change the hour, just the day.

 

I live in the UK, how much is postage?

 We charge a P & P fee of £4 for orders under £50.

 

I don’t live in the UK, how much is shipping?

 Please refer to this table below.

 

 Orders over £100 inside Europe are carriage paid, otherwise £15.00 Western Europe, £35.00 Eastern Europe

 Orders over £200 in the Rest of the World are carriage paid, otherwise £40.00

 

What happens if my order is not in stock?

We get orders from our supplier approximately in 2-3 week cycles.

We will send an email to you giving you an approximate waiting time.

If you cannot wait that long, we can refund your money.

 

Can I return my goods?

You are entitled to return your goods if you decide you don’t want them.

What happens if the goods are faulty?

We will replace the goods at our cost.

It might be helpful to send us a photo.

 

Can I come to your office to see some products?

We welcome visitors to our Finchampstead office.  We might even make you a cup to tea!
